Resolve Counselling Services Canada provides Clinical and Credit Counselling program services that are accredited by the Canadian Centre for Accreditation (CCA).
The Canadian Centre for Accreditation (CCA) is a national, not-for-profit organization offering accreditation specifically tailored to community-based health and social service organizations across Canada. The CCA was formed through the partnership of five (5) Canadian associations of community service providers, bringing together a combined 100 years of accreditation experience.
Accreditation through CCA is a rigorous process that includes assessment and review of organizational documents and information; CCA-conducted surveys of community partners, staff, governing body members, and other stakeholders; interviews and observation; and document and process reviews that are part of an on-site visit.
Resolve Counselling Services Canada has achieved five (5) successive accreditations through CCA and values the excellent reputation it has earned through this designation.
