Youth Counsellor Brian Howell wins 2020 Family Advocacy Award

We would like to congratulate Youth counsellor Brian Howell who has been awarded the 2020 Family Advocacy Award – the highest award given by Family and Children’s Services of Frontenac, Lennox and Addington.
