Take the next step. You don’t have to face this alone.
Across Canada, many men face challenges such as stress, relationship difficulties, or low mood. Research shows that men are less likely to seek professional support and often delay reaching out. Factors like stigma, social expectations, and limited access to services can make taking that first step feel daunting.
To help overcome these barriers, the Government of Ontario, in partnership with 211, Family Service Ontario, and community agencies, created the Men’s Counselling Link — a free program designed to make counselling more accessible, practical, and tailored to men’s experiences.
In partnership with Ontario 211’s Men’s Helpline, Resolve offers men immediate support, counselling, and referrals to community resources.
